This covered Residential rate of $735.25 and Domestic Waste charge $225.00

Water Access & Sewerage charged by the local water company at $450 for the year.

Water usage depends on meter reading. This one was $224 for the year.

QLD:
5 bed property in Brisbane Bayside, almost 800sq metre block, based on land value of $180,000
2005/06 Annual Rates $881.44
Water use was: $182.11
Water Access and sewerage was: $613.38
Domestic waste Charge was: $178.50

A 3 bed property, on the same size block of land, in the same area, but with land value of $162,500 came to $1,844.09 in total but that included $249 water usage.

Anyone got info on rates for WA please?
